Spelling Weeks 9/10

These are the spelling words for Weeks 9/10. They may already know these words but will be learning the spelling pattern or rule. If you would like to extend their knowledge have them find or come up with other words that follow that pattern. Testing is done on a Friday.



Since Weeks 9 and 10 are short weeks the spelling words will go over two weeks and testing will be on the 5th of April. On top of their normal homework I would like the students to write an Easter poem. They can use one of the formats we learned in class e.g., a cinquain, a haiku, a kennings poem or a did you ever poem..
